Abstract

Abstrak: Pendidikan budi pekerti dalam perspektif teori behaviorik memberikan landasan konseptual yang kuat untuk membentuk karakter unggul pada individu. Melalui penerapan prinsip reward, punishment, reinforcement, dan social learning, pendidikan budi pekerti dapat menjadi lebih terarah dan efektif. Pendekatan ini bukan hanya melakukan pembentukan pribadi yang berkualitas tetapi juga peningkatan akademis.
