PENERAPAN STAD (STUDENT TEAM ACHIEVEMENT DIVISIONS) BERBASIS LEMBAR KERJA SISWA 5M

Abstract

Abstrak: Di era globalisasi ini dibutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Salah satunya dengan cara meningkatkan mutu pendidikan sebagai modal utama. Tujuan peneliti adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan strategi pembelajaran STAD (Student Team Achievement Divisions) berbasis LKS 5M. Instrumen penelitian yaitu tes dan observasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, hasil belajar secara klasikal mencapai 81,25%, observasi kegiatan guru mencapai 85%, observasi kegiatan siswa mencapai 86,12%. Sehingga penelitian penerapan STAD (Student Team Achievement Divisions) berbasis LKS 5M dapat dikatakan berhasil. The purpose of the researcher is to describe the STAD based 5M student worksheet. Research instrument are test and observations. Yielded research, the results of learning in the classical reach 81,25%, observation of teacher activity reached 85%, observation of student activities reach 86,12%.
