PENINGKATAN PRESTASI BELAJAR MAHASISWA PRODI PENDIDIKAN MATEMATIKA STKIP PGRI BLITAR MELALUI PEMBELAJARAN THINK PAIR SHARE PADA MATERI RUANG VEKTOR REAL

Abstract

Elementary Aljabar Linier is one of Basic Skill Subjects that has very important role to mastery the following subjects. But in fact students' mastery of Mathematic Students Department Program of STKIP PGRI Blitar on Elementary Aljabar Linier is still low. As the result, the students' achievement is also low. Student center model, however, has been implemented as well. Some of the models are answer and question model, drills model, and task based approach. Using the models are still dominated by some clever students. Based on the problems, then cooperative learning model of Think Pair Share (TPS) to think individually and in group and also to present their opinion. From the result of research found that there is 10 steps in Think Pair Share learning model on real vector space material to Mathematic students' department program of STKIP PGRI Blitar. Besides 10 steps, in the research found the improvement of students' achievement. It is shown in comparation from students' achievement in cycle 1 and 2. Instruments used are test, observation sheet, (lecturer and students' activity) quiz and interview sheet. Be based on to the instrument that was used could be seen that is gotten by the increase in the achievement. Kata kunci: Peningkatan, Prestasi Belajar, Think Pair Share, Ruang Vektor Real.
