Abstract

Communicating means trying to reach common meaning, "commonness". That is through communication we try to share information, ideas or attitudes with our existing members in the group / organization where the individuals belong to. The main problem in communication often happened if existence of different responses occur even among members of misinterpretation and become involved in internal conflicts that led to the destruction of the organization. When the target communication can be implemented within an organization both government organizations, community organizations, as well as enterprise organizations, the goals are expected to be diverse, then the main goal would have to unite individuals who are members of the organization to achieve common goals.
