Abstract
Disciplin and teacher's motivation to work contribute to the success in teaching learning process. From the partial and tptal hypothesis testing using multiple regresion it is known that free variable X1 (discipline) has a greater positive contribution than X2 (motivation to work) toward variable Y (teacher performance) though it is not optimum yet where the increqase of one digit X1 (discipline) yield the increase of 0,451 and for X2 (motivation to work) yields 0,335. In conclusion, discipline and motivation influence the teahers' performance of SMPN 2 Wates Blitar Key words: discipline, motivation, performance.
