IMPLEMENTASI KEMANDIRIAN BELAJAR DAN PRESTASI BELAJAR MAHASISWA

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian adalah (1) Mendiskripsikankan kemandirian belajar mahasiswa; (2) Untuk mengetahui prestasi belajar mahasiswa; (3) Untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kemandirian belajar terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasional. Sumber data primer dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa PPKn sedangkan sumber data sekunder dalam penelitian ini adalah nilai Kartu Hasil Studi seluruh mahasiswa mahasiswa PPKn STKIP PGRI Blitar semester ganjil Tahun Akademik 2011/2012. Dari hasil penelitian, diperoleh rata-rata kemandirian belajar mahasiswa adalah 57,5 dengan kategori mandiri. Dari hasil penghitungan dengan menggunakan rumus product moment tersebut telah diketahui rxy adalah 0,279, sedangkan r tabel 0,225 dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Sehingga hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima dan hipotesis nihil (Ho) di tolak. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kemandirian belajar dengan prestasi belajar mahasiswa PPKn semester ganjil di STKIP PGRI Blitar tahun akademik 2011/2012. Abstract: The purpose of the study was (1) to describe student learning independence, (2) To determine student achievement, (3) To determine whether there is influence of independent learning on student achievement. This research is correlational research. The primary data source in this study were all students PPKn while secondary data sources in this study is the value of the entire student card Student Study Results PPKn STKIP PGRI Blitar semester, Academic Year 2011/2012.From the research, obtained the average is 57.5 students independent learning with self category. From the results of calculations using the product moment formula known rxy is 0.279, while the tables r 0.225 with a significance level of 5%. So the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. It can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between independent learning and the learning achievement of students in the first semester STKIP PPKn PGRI Blitar academic year 2011/2012.
