PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) motivasi kerja karyawan, 2) produktivitas kerja karyawan, dan 3) pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan Industri Kecil Batik “SIDO MUKTI” Plaosan Kabupaten Magetan. Jumlah sampel 34 orang karyawan. Pegumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis kolerasi Product Moment dan uji regresi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh sekaligus hubungan yang positif terhadap produktivitas kerja Karyawan. Hal ini diperoleh dari nilai rhitung 0,717 lebih besar dari rtabel 0,339. Hal ini juga ditunjukkan dari hasil uji F diperoleh nilai Fhitung 33,830 lebih besar dari nilai Ftabel 4,149. Sedangkan dari hasil uji regresi (uji t) diperoleh nilai thitung 5,816 lebih besar dari nilai ttabel 2,037, sehingga ada beda pengaruh motivasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Abstract: This study aimed to determine 1) employee motivation, 2) labor productivity of employees, and 3) the influence of work motivation on employee productivity Small Industries Batik “SIDO MUKTI” Plaosan Magetan. The results showed that the influence of work motivation at the same time a positive relationship to employee work productivity. It is derived from the value of 0.717 rhitung rtabel greater than 0.339. It is also evident from the test results obtained by the value of F 33.830 F is greater than F table value 4.149. While the results of the regression test (t test) obtained the value of t is greater than the value 5.816 2.037 ttable, so there are different motivations influence on employee productivity.
