Abstract

Abstrak: Kegitatan lesson study merupakan kegiatan melalui aktivitas kolaboratif dan berkelanjutan dalam rangka meningkatan profesionalitasnya. Indikator peningkatan kemampuan berupa konten matapelajaran dan pedagogik serta kemampuan mengelola pembelajaran, yaitu kegiatan merancang pembelajaran, melaksanakan dan mengevaluasi. Membumikan model pengembangan professional guru dengan Lesson study berjalan efektifj ika timbul kesadaran dari pribadi guru yaitu gerakan akar rumput dengan antusias guru bukan kebijaan dari atas (topdown formasi). Banyak kendala yang perlu dicari penyelesaiannya, terutama dari guru yang berupa persepsi dan motivasi untuk berprestasi dalam mengajar. Dukungan Pimpinan (kepala sekolah) pustakawan, pimpinan, supervisor dan Dinas Pendidikan atau Kementerian Agama dan juga pakar pendidikan dari Perguruan Tinggi memberikan dukungan dan menfasilitasi kegiatan Lesson study. Abstract: Lesson study is an activity through collaborative and ongoing activity in order to increase their professionalism. Indicators of capacity building in the form of content and pedagogical matapelajaran and the ability to manage learning, ie learning activity design, implementation, and evaluation. Crounding teacher professional development model with Lesson study is effective if there is awareness of the teachers' personal grassroots movement with enthusiastic teachers instead kebijaan from above (top-down formation). Many obstacles that need to find the solution, especially in the form of teachers'perceptions and motivation to excel in teaching. Support leaders (principals) librarians, managers, supervisors and the Department of Education or the Ministry of Religion and education experts from universities to support and facilitate the activities of Lesson study Key word: lesson study earthing, professional teachers
