MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS DAN PRESTASI MAHASISWA DALAM MENDISKRIPSIKAN SYARATSYARAT TERBENTUKNYA NEGARA MELALUI PENERAPAN METODE PROBLEM BASED LEARNING

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan aktivitas dan prestasi belajar mahasiswa dalam mendiskripsikan syarat-syarat terbentunya Negara melalui penerapan metode problem based learning. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil pengamatan terhadap aktivitas perkuliahan dan test/ujian yang diberikan kepada mahasiswa. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan aktivitas dan prestasi belajar yang cukup signifikan berdasarkan dua siklus yang dilakukan. Untuk aktivitas dalam perkuliahan nilai atau skor rata-rata pada siklus pertama sebesar 3,05 (baik) pada siklus kedua mnjadi 3,33 (baik). Sedang untuk prestasi belajar pada siklus pertama dengan rata-rata skor 77,95 menjadi rata-rata 81,67 pada siklus kedua. Dengan ketuntasan pada siklus pertama 76,19 % menjadi 90,48 % pada siklus yang kedua.
