PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PERUSAHAAN HD FINANCE

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan: untuk mengetahui lingkungan kerja pada perusahaan “HD FINANCE”., untuk mengetahui kinerja karyawan kerja pada perusahaan “HD FINANCE”., untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan”HD FINANCE” Sampel dalam penelitian ini ada 34 orang karyawan. Data lingkungan kerja dan kinerja karyawan diambil dengan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan kerja mempunyai hubungan sekaligus pengaruh yang positif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan “HD FINANCE”. Terdapat beda pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada “HD FINANCE”.
