Abstrak: Eksistensi Partai politik dalam sebuah pemerintahan yang berbasis kerakyatan Menjadi pilar utama, karena salah satu ciri dari sebuah pemerintahan demokrasi adalah adanya partisipasi masyarakat dalam pelaksanaan pemilu maupun pemilukada. "Kemandirian” sebuah partai politik sangat menjadi penentu agar dapat menjalankan peranannya sebagai "penyambung lidah" atau aspirasi masyarakat.
