Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengumlulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dilaksanakan pada 87 karyawan PT RSO Tulungagung. Uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi liner berganda, untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi berpengaruh poritif ter- hadap kinerja karyawan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinirja karyawan. Kata kunci: motivasi, disiplin kerja, gaya kepemimpinan dan kinerja Abstract: This study aimed to examine and analyzed the influence of leadership style, motivation and discipline on employees performance. Data were collected through questionnaires on 87 employees PT RSO Tulungagung. Classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis were used to test and prove the research hypothesis. The analysis showed that the style of leadership had positive influence on employee performance. Motivation and discipline of work had positive influence on employee performance.
