Abstract

Abstrak: Perilaku ker,virausahaan mahasiswa mempakan pencerminan jiwa entrepreneur. Jiwa kewirausahaan dibentuk dari nilai-nilai entrepreneurship itu antara lain mampu melihat peluang dan kesempatan, kreatif, dan inovatif, keberanian mengambil risiko, bekerja keras, ulet, serta jujur dan bermartabat. Pembentukan jiwa kewirausahaan melalui proses internalisasi. Proses internlisasi dilakukan dengan proses perrbelajaran yang terintegrasi, yaitu pengintegrasian nilai-nilai entrepreneurship pada setiap matakuliah pada seluruh matakuliah yang terdapat dalarn kurikulum program studi serta kegiatan Hirnpunan Mahasiswa Program Studi (HMPS) dan Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa (UKM). Perguruan tinggi berperan menyediakan layanan surnberdaya, kurikulum, fasilitas dan program aktivitas yang menarik partisipasi nrahasiswa untuk proses internalisasi, Dosen mempunyai peran yang lebih sentral dalam rnelakukan internalisasi nilai-nilai interpreneur, yaitu rnenjadi nrotivator, menjadi teladan dalam bersikap dan berperilaku sebagai entrepreneur. Kualifikasi dosen yang harus dimiliki yaitu inspiratif dan motivasional, mampu menyampaikan materi dengan baik dan menarik serta mempunyai usaha. KataKunci: Nilai-nilai kewirausahaan, perilaku kewirausahaan, pendidikan terpadu. Abstract: Entrepreneurial behavior is a reflection of the entrepreneurial spirit of students. The entrepreneurial spirit is forrned from the values of entrepreneurship, among others, were able to see the opportunities and possibilities, creative, and innovative, the courage to take risks, work hard, tenacious, and honest and dignified. The fornration of entrepreneurial spirit through a process of internalization. Intemlisasi process is done with an integrated leaming process, namely the integration of the values of entrepreneurship on every subject in all courses contained in the curriculum of courses and activities Studies Student Association (HMPS) and the Student Activity Unit (UI(M). College role in providing resource selices, curriculum, facilities and program activities that attract the participation of students to the process of internalization. Lecturers have a more central role in conducting the intemalization of values interpreneur, that besomes a motivator, be exemplary in attitude and behavior as an entrepreneur. Faculty qualifications to be possessed is inspirational and motivational, able to convey the material with good and attractive as well as with businesses.
