MEMBANGUN INTENSI KEWIRAUSAHAAN BAGI MAHASISWA LPTK SEBAGAI ALTERNATIF MENYIAPKAN KEMAMPUAN MEMASUKI LAPANGAN KERJA BARU YANG MANDIRI

Abstract

Abstrak : Lulusan LPTK yang banyak tidak tertampung menjadi guru, perlu menyiapkan altematif lapangan pekerjaan baru yang mandiri melalui pembangunan kewirausahaan. Intensi kewirauiahaan merupakan keinginan atau niat seseorang melalcukan kegiatan wirausaha. Keinginan berkarirhapat dibentuk melalui pengalaman langsung untuk mempraktekkan. LPTK dalam membangun intensi kewiriusahaan dengan melakukan persiapan; (l) Mendesain ulang kurikulum, (2) Melat<ukan proses pembelajaran, (3) Menyiapkan Tenaga dosen yang berkompetensi dalam memberi bekal keterampilan kewirausahaan, (4) Menyediakan sarana dan prasarana belajar berwirausaha, (5) Melakukan kerja sama dengan dunia usaha. Disamping itu LPTK juga malakukan; (1) Mewajibkan mahasiswa seminar/ workshop tentang kewirausahaat, (2) Menfasilitasi mahasiswa untuk mengikuti program mahasiswa wirausaha (PMw), (3)Melakukan pengelolaan sarana berwirauiahi secara profesional, (4) Mewajibkan mahasiswa mengikuti program magang di UKM, (5) Program studi melakukan kegiatan kuliah kerja usaha, (6) Membuka konsultasi bisnis dengan melibatkan mahasiswa dan (7) Mendirikan inkubator wirausaha. KataKunci:Intensi,kewirausahaan,mahasiswaLPTK Abstract : LPTK graduates that are not absorbed as teachers, need to set up alternative employment opportunities through the development ofnew independent entrepreneurial intentions. Entrepreneurial intention is the desire or intention of a person to conduct entrepreneurial activities. The desire to develop the career can be formed through direct experience to practice. In building entrepreneurial intention LPTK makes preparations; (1) Redesigning the curriculum, (2) Do the learning processes, (3) Preparing competent lecturers in giving professional entrepreneurial skills, (4) Providing facilities and infrastructure to learn entrepreneurship, (5) Cooperate with the business world. Besides, LPTK also do; (1) Requires the students to do seminar / workshop on enhepreneurship, (2) Facilitate the students to follow the program of student entrepreneurlpirrtW), (:) Managing the means of entrrepreneurship in a professional manner- (4) Requires the students to do internship progr:am in SMEs, (5) The Department conduct real work study program (6) Open a business consulting involving the students and (7) Establish an entrepreneurial incubator.
