Abstract

Abstrak .: Pengembangan sekolah berwawasan Lingkungan Hidup, sebagai wahana pengembangan Pendidikan Karakter Bangsa. Pendidikan Karakter bangsa merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam rangka membentuk Warga Negara yang tahu tentang hak dan kewajiban. Salah satunya adalah pengembangan karakter cinta lingkungan hidup. Kondisi lingkungan hidup kita semakin lama semakin rusak. Melalui Pendidikan Lingkungan Hidup diharapkan mampu membentuk karakter cinta lingkungan hidup. Penggalian informasi sehubungan dengan Peran Kepala sekolah dalam Implementasi Kebijakan meliputi hal-hal sebagai berikut: 1). Implementasi Kebijakan Sekolah berwawasan lingkungan hidup, 2). Kebijakan terwujudnya Sekolah Adiwiyata. Hasil: 1). Implementasi Program Sekolah Adiwiyata/ Sekolah berwawasan lingkungan Hidup a) Mensosialisasikan Kebijakan Pemerintah Kabupaten/ Kota dengan dalam Program Adiwiyata; b) Kepala Sekolah membangun Antusiasme Warga Sekolah untuk Melaksanakan Program Adiwiyata agar tercapai keberhasilannya; c) Kepala Sekolah membentuk satuan tugas Guru yang Khusus Menangani Program Adiwiyata; (1) Membentuk Tim Sekolah; (2) Kajian Lingkungan; (3) Rencana Aksi; (4) Monitoring dan Evaluasi; (5) Partisipasi Warga Sekolah; d) Kepala Sekolah Mengusahakan Adanya Pendanaan Dana untuk Melaksanakan Program Adiwiyata; e) Kepala Sekolah Partisipasi Masyarakat sekitar untuk Melaksanakan Program Adiwiyata. 2). Faktor Pendukung dan Penghambat Program Sekolah Berwawasan Lingkungan Hidup a) Faktor Pendukung, adanya dukungan Komite Sekolah, Kantor Badan Lingkungan Hidup Kota Malang dan Bank Sampah Malang (BSM); b) Faktor Pendukung, adanya kepedulian guru-guru dan siswa dalam menghijaukan lingkungan sekolahan. Dengan kesadaran yang tinggi siswa membawa bibit bunga dan buah dari rumah, serta membuat taman didepan sekolah masing-masing dan diadakan jadwal piket merawat taman; c) Faktor Penghambat, terbatasnya anggaran dari pemerintah dalam mewujudkan sekolah berwawasan lingkungan hidup atau Sekolah Adiwiyata serta rendahnya status sosial ekonomi orang tua siswa; d) Faktor Penghambat, adanya sebagian kecil siswa yang kurang antosias dalam melaksanakan program sekolah berwawasan lingkungan hidup atau sekolah Adi Wiyata. Kata Kunci.: Implementasi Kebijakan, Sekolah Berwawasan Lingkungan Abstract : School development which has living environment concept is as the development of Nation character building. The Nation character building is very important in order to build a country that knows about rights and obligations. One of them is the development of the character of taking care the living environment. The condition of our environment is getting worse. Through Environmental Education that is expected to build the character of taking care the living environment. Extracting information related to the Principal's Role in implementing the policy includes the following aims: 1). The Policy implementation of the school concept of living environment, 2). To actualize the policy of Adiwiyata School. The Results: 1). The implementation of Adiwiyata School Program, a) Socializing District / Municipal Government Policies about Adiwiyata Program; b) Principal Built School Enthusiasm to Implement the Adiwiyata Program in order to achieve its success; c) The Principal created a Teacher task that especially handles the Adiwiyata Program; (1) Establish School Team; (2) Environmental Assessment; (3) Action Plan; (4) Monitoring and Evaluation; (5) School Participation; d) Principal sought a Funding to implement the Adiwiyata Program; e) Principal expected a form of society participation to implement the Adiwiyata Program. 2). Supporting and inhibitors factors of living environment school program, a) Supporting Factors, Adjustment Committees, Environment Agency Building of Malang and trash Bank of Malang; b) Supporting factors, the concern of teachers and students in greening the school environment. By having high awareness, students brought flower seeds and fruit, and created a green area in front of each school and made a schedule to take care of it; c) Inhibiting factors, limited budget from the government in creating Adiwiyata School and low socio-economic status of parents; d) Inhibiting factors, there were small number of students who had lack of awareness in the implementation of environmental school programs or Adi Wiyata school.
