MENGEMBANGKAN POLA PIKIR BERWIRAUSAHA

Abstract

Abstrak : Semakin sempitnya lapangan kerja menjadi permasalahan tersendiri karena tidak sebanding dengan jumlah angkatan kerja. Sementara roda kehidupan terus berjalan menuntut pemenuhan kebutuhan untuk bisa bertahan hidup. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut angkatan kerja yang ada harus aktif dan kreatif untuk membuka usaha sendiri. Pola pikir angkatan kerja harus diubah dari mencari kerja menjadi pencipta lapangan kerja. Dalam membuka usaha carilah dan dirikan usaha yang anda sukai dan anda tidak akan pernah terpaksa harus bekerja seharipun dalam hidup anda. The mindset of the labor force must be changed from seeking employment to job creation.
