UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MENINDAKLANJUTI PERMINTAAN LAIN DARI PELANGGAN MELALUI METODE PEMBELAJARAN BERMAIN PERAN PADA SISWA KELAS XII PEMASARAN SMK

Abstract

Abstract : The use of role-playing methods in learning is an attempt to explain through demonstrations, performing roles, exercises, attitudes and the skills of doing things such as communicating, recording documents. This condition involves the coqnitive, affective and psychomotor aspects of students in learning. The change in students is increased from cycle I to cycle II: (1) cognitive aspect 26,94%, that is from 63% students who complete learning to 100% (2) affective aspect equal to 12%, from 88% both to be 100% (3) psychomotor aspects of 38%, is from 69% of students who have good skills to be 100% and (4) aspects of activity by 25%, from an average of 63% to 88%.
