Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis 1) pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja. 2) pengaruh kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kinerja. 3) pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap kinerja. 4) pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan spiritual dan kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap kinerja. Hipotesisnya adalah: 1) kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. 2) kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. 3) kualitas kehidupan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. 4) kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan spiritual dan kualitas kehidupan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Populasinya adalah 74 orang dosen tetap. Data kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan spiritual dan kualitas kehidupan kerja dan kinerja dengan metode kuesioner dengan skala likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian 1) Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. 2) Kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. 3) Kualitas kehidupan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. 4) Kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan spiritual dan kualitas kehidupan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja dosen. Kata kunci : kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan spiritual, kualitas kehidupan kerja, kinerja Abstract: The purpose of this research is to analyze 1) the influence of emotional intelligence on performance. 2) the influence of spiritual intelligence on performance. 3) the influence of the quality of work life for performance. 4) the influence of emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and the quality of work life for performance. The hypothesis is that: 1) the alleged emotional intelligence affect performance. 2) spiritual intelligence allegedly affect the performance. 3) thought to affect the quality of work life of performance. 4) alleged emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and affect the quality of work life of performance. The population is 75 people full-time. Data emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and the quality of work life and performance by questionnaire with likert scale. Data analysis techniques using multiple regression statistical analysis. The results 1) Emotional intelligence significant positive effect on performance. 2) spiritual intelligence significant positive effect on performance. 3) Quality of work life affects performance. 4) Emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and the quality of working life simultaneously positive effect on performance.
