Abstract
Abstrak : Sistem pembinaan profesional tenaga adminitrasi kepegawaian yang dilakukan oleh Kepala SMK Negeri 2 Kota Blitar melalui supervisi berkelanjutan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi tenaga adminitrasi kepegawaian dan kualitas dokumen adminitrasi kepegawaian. Kualitas dokumen meningkat sebesar 47,00%. Sedangkan kompetensi kepribadian meningkat sebesar 20,00%, kompetensi sosial, meningkat sebesar 24,00 dan kompetensi teknis, meningkat sebesar 20,00%. Kata Kunci : supervisi, kompetensi administrasi kepegawaian, kualitas dokumen administrasi kepegawaian Abstract : The professional coaching system of personnel administration staff conducted by the Head of State Vocational High School 2 of Blitar City through continuous supervision can improve the competence of staffing administrative personnel and the quality of personnel administration documents. Document quality increased by 47.00%. While personality competence increased by 20.00%, social competence, increased by 24.00 and technical competence, increased by 20.00%.
