PERAN GURU DI ERA REVOLUSI INDUSTRI 4.0

Abstract

Abstrak: era revolusi industri 4.0 menuntut peran yang lebih dari guru sebagai pelaksana pendidikan dan merupakan kunci keberhasilan pendidikan. Guru secara terus menerus harus menambah pengetahuan agar mampu untuk memenuhi tuntutan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang sangat cepat sesuai dengan harapan pembelajaran abad 21 yang menuntut berbagai kompetensi. Peran guru yang unik adalah tidak akan bisa tergantikan oleh teknologi namun guru juga harus mengikuti perkembangan teknologi agar mampu menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas sesuai tuntutan zaman. Kata Kunci: peran guru, revolusi industri 4.0 Abstract: In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 needs more role of teachers as educator and teachers are the key success of education. Teachers continually need to gain knowledge to be able to meet the demands of rapid development of science and technology in accordance with the hope of 21st century learning that demands various competencies. A unique teacher’s role can not be replaced by technology but the teacher need to update the technological developments in order to produce qualified human resources according to the demands of the era.
