PENGEMBANGAN UMKM MELALUI STRATEGI MEMBANGUN JARINGAN SOSIAL (Studi pada Paguyuban Sari Roso Di Desa Ploso-Selopuro Kabupaten Blitar)

Abstract

Abstrak: Keberhasilan UMKM banyak ditentukan oleh kualitas koneksi atau jaringan yang dimilikinya. Oleh karena itu Paguyuban Sari Roso Desa Ploso-Selopuro dalam membangun Jaringan sosisal mencakup hubungan: (1) Paguyuban dengan Pemerintahan, (2) jaringan pembuat jajan dengan supliyer, (3) Interaksi Sesama Pembuat Jajan, dimana ketika permintaan pasar meningkat maka keduanya saling berkomunikasi dalam memenuhinya, (4) jaringan Pembuat Jajan dengan Pedangang, (5) jaringan antar sesama pedangang. Keberhasilan Paguyuban Sari Roso Desa Ploso-Selopuro dalam pengembangan UMKM dibangun melalui kegiatan tatap muka (face to face) dan pemanfaatan media sosial baik berupa telepon, washap atau media sosial yang berbasis internet. Kata kunci: pengembangan MSMEs, jaringan sosial Abstract: The success of MSMEs is largely determined by the quality of the connection or network it has. Therefore the ‘Paguyuban Sari Roso’ of Ploso-Selopuro Village in building a social network includes the relationship: (1) the Circle of Friends with the Government, (2) the network of snack makers with suppliers, (3) Interaction of Fellow Snack Makers, where when market demand increases, the two communicate with each other in fulfill it, (4) network of Snack Makers with Sword, (5) network between fellow swordmen. The success of the Sari Roso Circle of Ploso-Selopuro Village in the development of MSMEs was built through face-to-face activities and the use of social media in the form of telephone, washap or internet-based social media.
