Abstract

Abstrak: Penilaian afektif mengukur kompetensi afektif yang berupa sikap, minat, konsep diri, nilai, dan moral. Penilaian afektif merupakan domain yang banyak dikeluhkan dalam proses penilaian Kurikulum 2013. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi problematika yang dihadapi guru dan alternatif pemecahannya. Penelitian berjenis kualitatif deskriptif analitik. Sumberdata adalah guru MTs Negeri 6 Kediri yang diambil secara purposif dengan teknik pengambilan data interview dan dokumentasi. Dan hasilnya dianalisis secara kualitatif. Kesimpulan Problematikanya yaitu; (1) Guru kurang mampu mengembangkan instrumen, (2) indikator penilaian yang dilakukan semakin banyak, guru semakin kesulitan dan (3) keterbatasan waktu melakukan penilaian. Alternatif yang harus dilakukan adalah (1) Guru meningkatkan kemampuannya melalui kegiatan lesson study baik di sekolah maupun di forum MGMP, (2) melakukan penyederhanaan indikator penilaian dan melakukan variasi teknik penilaian dan (3) menggunakan informasi teknologi (IT) agar lebih efisien dan efektif. Kata Kunci: penilaian afektif, pembelajaran Abstract: Affective assessment measures affective competence in the form of attitudes, interests, self-concept, values, and morals. Affective assessment is a domain that is widely complained of in the 2013 Curriculum assessment process. The purpose of the research is to identify the problems faced by teachers and their alternative solutions. This type of research is descriptive analytic qualitative. The data source is teachers of MTs Negeri 6 Kediri, taken purposively with interview data collection techniques and documentation. And the results were analyzed qualitatively. The conclusion of the problematic are; (1) Teachers are less able to develop instruments, (2) indicators of assessments are too much, teachers got difficult increasingly, and (3) limited time to do assessments. The alternatives that must be done are (1) Teachers improve their abilities through lesson study activities both in schools and in MGMP forums, (2) simplifying assessment indicators and varying assessment techniques, and (3) using information technology (IT) in order to be more efficient and effective.
