Abstract

Abstrak:Adanya peningkatan di bidang pendidikan baik dari sisi guru maupun dari sisi sarana dan prasarana atau fasilitas serta iklim sekolah yang mendukung pembelajaran untuk menunjang produktivitas. Tujuan penelitian adalah menguji kompetensi guru, fasilitas sekolah, iklim sekolah secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMK PGRI 4 Kota Blitar. Matode penelitian berjenis Explanatory Research. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMK PGRI 4 Kota Blitar dari tiga program studi, yaitu OTKP, BPD dan AKL dengan jumlah 206 siswa dengan sampel 103. Metode pengambilan data angket dan pengujian hipotesis regresi linier berganda. Kesimpulan: (1) Kompetensi guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMK PGRI 4 Kota Blitar, (2) Fasilitas belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMK PGRI 4 Kota Blitar (3) Iklim sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMK PGRI 4 Kota Blitar (4) Kompetensi guru, fasilitas sekolah, iklim sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan (bersama-sama) terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMK PGRI 4 Kota Blitar. Kata Kunci: kompetensi guru, fasilitas belajar, iklim sekolah, hasil belajar Abstract: There is an increase in the field of education, both in terms of teachers and in terms of facilities and infrastructure or facilities and a school climate that supports learning to support productivity. The purpose of the study was to test the competence of teachers, school facilities, school climate simultaneously and partially affect student learning outcomes at SMK PGRI 4 Blitar City. The research method is Explanatory Research type. The population in this study were students of SMK PGRI 4 Blitar City from three study programs, namely OTKP, BPD and AKL with a total of 206 students with a sample of 103. The method of collecting data was questionnaire and multiple linear regression hypothesis testing. Conclusions: (1) Teacher competence has a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes at SMK PGRI 4 Blitar City, (2) Learning facilities have a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes at SMK PGRI 4 Blitar City (3) School climate has a positive and significant effect partially on student learning outcomes of SMK PGRI 4 Blitar City (4) Teacher competence, school facilities, school climate have a positive and significant effect simultaneously (together) on student learning outcomes of SMK PGRI 4 Blitar City.
