UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MEMBUAT ANALISIS SWOT DENGAN PENERAPAN PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS PROYEK PADA SISWA KELAS X BISNIS DARING DAN PEMASARAN (BDPM) SMK NEGERI 1 NGLEGOK BLITAR TAHUN PELAJARAN 2019/2020

Abstract

Abstrak: Siswa SMK dipersiapkan menjadi siswa yang mempunyai kompetensi untuk membuka usaha. Pembelajaran berbasis proyek untuk materi analisis SWOT memiliki dampak positif dalam pemahaman, keterampilan, berfikir kreatif dan bekerja secara tim. Penelitian berjenis penelitian tindakan dengan 2 kali siklus. Subyek penelitian, yaitu siswa kelas X BDPM 1 berjumlah 36 anak. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket, catatan lapangan, observasi dan evalaluasi hasil belajar. Analisis data yang digunakan analisa kuantitatif persentase dengan kriteria dan belajar tuntas. Kesimpulannya adanya peningkatan: (1) rata-rata kemampuan siswa sebesar 3,31 dari siklus I sebesar 79,72 menjadi 83,03 pada siklus II dan ketuntasan belajar siswa sebesar 31% dari siklus I sebesar 69% menjadi 100% pada siklus II. Sehingga siklus II sudah dinyatakan secara klasikal sudah tuntas belajarnya, (2) motivasi belajar siswa dengan dibuktikan pada siklus tindakan I rata-rata berkategori cukup meningkat pada kategori baik untuk siklus II. Peningkatan ini terutama pada aspek minat, perhatian dan partisipasi siswa dalam belajar. Project-based learning for SWOT analysis materials has a positive impact on understanding, skills, creative thinking and team work. This type of research is action research with 2 cycles. The research subjects, namely the students of class X BDPM 1 amounted to 36 children. The data collection used is a questionnaire, field notes, observation and evaluation of learning outcomes. Analysis of the data used is quantitative analysis of percentages with criteria and complete learning. In conclusion, there is an increase: (1) the average ability of students is 3.31 from the first cycle of 79.72 to 83.03 in the second cycle and student learning completeness is 31% from the first cycle of 69% to 100% in the second cycle. So that the second cycle has been stated classically that the learning has been completed, (2) the student's learning motivation is proven in the first cycle of action, the average category is quite increased in the good category for the second cycle.
