PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA PADA MATERI BANGUN DATAR SEGITIGA MENGGUNAKAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN MODELLING THE WAY SISWA KELAS VII-B MTs MIFTAHUL HUDA SAWENTAR-KANIGORO

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan pembelajaran Modelling The Way adalah untuk mencari jawaban dengan usaha sendiri berdasarkan fakta/data yang benar. Penyajian pelajaran dengan memperagakan dan mempertunjukkan kepada siswa tentang suatu proses, situasi atau benda tertentu, baik sebenarnya atau hanya sekedar tiruan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada siswa kelas VII-B MTs. Miftahul Huda Kanigoro. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi, tes serta soal kelompok. Hasil dari penerapan metode Modelling The Way dapat dilihat dari rata-rata hasil prosentase pada aktivitas guru yaitu 86,95% dengan kategori “Baik” dan rata-rata hasil proesntase aktivitas siswa yaitu 85,9% dengan kategori “Baik”. Sedangkan untuk hasil prosentase ketuntasan klasikal akhir siklus dari 34 siswa hanya 6 yang belum mencapai nilai tuntas, dengan Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM) ≥ 75 adalah 28 siswa dengan persentase 82% yang berarti telah mencapai kriteria ketuntasan klasikal minimal yaitu ≥ 82%, serta ketuntasan kelompok 100% yang berarti dalam kategori baik. Presentation of lessons by demonstrating and showing students about a particular process, situation or object, whether real or artificial. This research was conducted on VII-B students Miftahul Huda Kanigoro. This type of research is a classroom action research. Research instrument used in this research is observation sheet, test, group problem. The result of applying Modelling The Way method can be seen from the average of result of percentage on teacher activity that is 86,95% with good category and average of result of student percentage of classical end of the cycle of 34 student only 6 who have not reached the final value, with the minimum completeness criterion ≥ 75 is the 28 student with percentage 82% which means has reached the criteria of minimal classical completeness is ≥ 82%, and the completeness of the group 100% which means in the good category.
